Appointment Scheduling
To schedule an appointment with our office please reach out to your physicians office (their number can be found on the Our Physicians page.
If you are new to our practice, or just looking to get established please call (205) 933-4640 and the operator can direct you to correct location.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please reach out to your physicians office.
Same-Day Appointments:
If possible it is best to schedule your appointments ahead of time with your physician. However, we understand that situations may arise that you may need to see your physician same day. While we do offer some same day appointments it is important to remember that we may not be able to get you into your physician, but we will work to get you scheduled and seen as fast as possible.
Preperation for your appointment
For your appointment, we ask that you please arrive 15 minutes early to allow time for check-in and to update your account information. Be sure to have a complete list of any medications that you are on, so that we can make sure to update your chart.

What do I need to know?
- Nothing has really changed!
- No need to wait in line to talk with someone at the front desk.
- Make sure to have your Drivers License and Insurance Card.
- Co-Pays and Balances can be paid at the kiosk with a debit or credit card.
- Our staff is still around if you need assistance.
While you are more then welcome to check in with one our front desk staff, the utilization of kiosk allows for us to reduce your time in the waiting area, and streamline the check-in process.
We love that you want to talk with our staff, and they love to interact with you as well. The new process for check-in allows for us to focus on you where before we had to ensure that all your information and insurance was correct. This new system allows for us to better take care of you, and get you back to your day.
Privacy and security are things that we take very seriously. The new check-in system is fully HIPAA compliant, and all your data is fully encrypted allowing for us to ensure even more protection then before.
